I went to my last doctors appointment on Monday knowing that I was being induce on 8/21/18 due to having a high risk pregnancy I was 35 weeks 6 days I do the NST test the nurse seen I had 1 big contraction it didn’t hurt much but I felt it(thought it was gas 😂😂) they called me in to do my very last sonogram I went to the bathroom saw blood I told them I saw blood when I wiped she told to tell the doctor I said ok left went to tell the doctor and for her to give me the papers stating that I was to be induce she said I can go to triage or go home and come back later around 9 pm I said ok I left the hospital to go to my partner house he’s lives 10 minutes from the hospital to drop off my hospital bag as I’m walking I’m having contractions they are not painful just feel like gas I get to his house we talking I’m still having contractions it’s getting stronger I try laying down to rest because I have to get back to Brooklyn for my other 3 children and get someone to come watch them while I’m in the hospital(my partner lives in the Bronx I was doing all my prenatal out there because of my job)I get up to go use the bathroom I see blood again and the contractions are getting a little stronger my partner drives me back to the hospital he’s heading to Brooklyn to go bring my niece my house keys I get to triage show them the papers and give them my birth plan they check me I’m at a 1 they decide they going to keep me they get me set up in the room I’m on the machine for maybe 2/3 hours they turn off the machine and take me off the iv told me to eat take a shower and walk around so I eat take a shower I feel the contractions now I’m trying to breathe through them I call for the nurse and I’m screaming at her that I want an epidural she told me the doctor said no because I’m at a 1 I said how do she know the last time I been checked I was in triage the doctor came and checked me I was at a 6 this is at 7:42 pm I called my partner told him I was at a 6 he thought I was pranking him until I yelled at him the doctor was surprise I was a 6 because my contractions were not back to back they were coming 20 minutes then 10 minutes then 15 minutes they were all over the place I kept feeling pressure in my butt I was like I think I have to doodoo😂😂😂 my doctor that I was seeing came in and said are you pushing I said no but I’m about she went and got the doctor at 7:52 I was a 9 called my partner like where are you he like I’m waiting for the Uber 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😩😩 I said well I’m about to push he like that was all in 10 minutes at 8:02 pm my baby girl Chelsea Paige was born all natural birth once again I didn’t feel her head come out but I felt her shoulders and body come out that was the ring of fire for me lol😂😂😂 her dad was 2 minutes late but it felt good to get my baby girl she weigh 6lbs 3oz 18 inches long born at 35 weeks 6 days she perfectly healthy
