I need advice on my upcoming annual obgyn exam...

So long story short I had a 10 cm tubal cyst last year that resulted in emergency surgery. OBgyn said that the risk of it happening again is rare (to my right side tube&ovary) she said I can have another ultrasound at my upcoming annual obgyn exam if I want. That obgyn retired and I'm seeing a new one in the practice and I called the practice and asked if I need another ultrasound, is it my decision or will the obgyn examine me first then decide? She said the new obgyn has to see me first. I'm really nervous, I've already been through way too much this year and I'm scared I'm gonna have fibroids, cysts or something else. I'm relatively young, 23 years old but I want to know and at the same time I don't. If my doctor leaves the choice up to me what should I say? What would you do in my situation? I know if I did do it I would be anxious up until I get my results back. Helllpppp please.

EDIT: I did have ultrasounds pre surgery in August 17 my obgyn said "perfect uterus perfect right ovary and right tube". During surgery she double checked everything my right ovary and tube, my uterus again, and my appendix and any other organs she can access from the laparoscopy POV, STILL very nervous about getting another ultrasound as that surgery was November 2017, its now August 2018 and my obgyn physical is in Sept 18.
