Back pain

What do you do when you have back pain it hurts so much to even roll over?

Walked yesterday and came home and did chores and today my back hurts really really bad. If I could I’d add swear words in that sentence it hurts that bad.... and I don’t swear that often...

Anyway today did dishes pretty much is all but my back hurts so bad I lay down it’s fine until I move either roll over or even to get up. By the time I’m up I’m out of breathe from the pain.

I have back pain here and there but it just hurts to bad and I can’t take ibruprophen however you spell it I don’t care right now.
