Keto Diet?

Okay i want to start keto september 6th but I dont know how I should start.. Can you guys tell me what to eat to start?

Look up Dr. Eric berg he has a You tube channel and a website. He is very knowledgeable on keto and intermediate fasting. I've lost 25 lbs in 2 months. I'm really stick now on keto but once I loose the weight.   I won't be a strict. Three is a healthy eau to do keto and an unhealthy way.

The keto diet isn’t healthy or sustainable unless you are diabetic or epileptic. And unless you plan on always being on this diet (think for the rest of your life) you will need to do something different because as soon as you go off keto you will gain back all of the weight you lost unless you switch immediately to another diet. I highly suggest eating cleaner foods and enforcing a caloric deficit which is eating less calories than you burn in a day so that you lose weight

My husband has been doing it for little over a month now and has had great results with it. Since I do all the cooking in the house I honestly use Pinterest alot for finding the recipes and he's liked all of them so far.
