My son is 1 years old , he had stuffed nose and wheezing when breathing . Chest caved in and out when he breathes. He don’t want to eat NOTHING

Take him to a dr, pneumonia can't be diagnosed off symptoms alone... It could be anything...

My daughter is asthmatic and this happened when she had Pneumonia, this isn’t something you can wait on take him to the hospital now this is literally a life or death situation.

Let a Hot steamy shower run and you guys just hang out with the bathroom door closed. Hold him cuz heat rises.
BUT most definitely call your doctor.
