Growing uterus causing cramps ???

I’m a FTM and I’ll be 14 weeks tomorrow, am I the only one constantly cramping a bit ? The dr said it’s normal as long as there’s no bleeding.. I’m so over the cramps lol

Yes it’s normal, it’s your uterus growing and also a few Braxton Hicks. Put your feet up, drink some ice water, and then go have a warm (not hot) bath and they’ll ease!

I walked alot today and started to get crampy. I'm 13 weeks. now resting.. Maybe its normal? not to strain ourselves too much.

I think it’s normal because your uterus is growing. Try drinking lots of water. Supposedly that helps?
