Help! Stopped birth control for breast feeding! & could be pregnant

So I found out the b/c I was on affected my breast milk which I was already having issues with...so here’s my issue I got my period put the patch on the first day and started my b/c like it says in the instructions (first period after having my son) after a couple days I realized it affects ur milk supply so I ripped it off by this time my period had ended so I took the patch off and a couple days later I got my period again this time longer and heavier when I’m tracking my periods on the chart should I go by my first period when I put my patch on or my second period a week or so later after I took it off? I’m nervous because if I go by one of them I could be pregnant 🤦🏻‍♀️
