Anyone pregnant in the STL, MO area? Just found out that I'm pregnant with my first - due around April 24th. Very excited, but also very nauseous 🤢😷🤢

I’m from the St Louis area, but on the other side of the river!  Congrats.  We are due around the 13th of April.  First OB appt isn’t until 10 Sept.  how are your symptoms?  This is my first pregnancy, and surprisingly no symptoms other than hormones and fatigue.
