TTC for 1 year, now 5 days late w/cramping. What’s going on?

Hey all! I’ve been TTC baby number 1 for a year. Every cycle I have been spot on (within in a day or two) and gotten my period. This month I’m now ending my 5th day late. This has NEVER happened before. I took a hpt on missed period day 1 and day 3 and they were both negative. I didn’t have any PMS signs prior to expected period except weepiness over things that made me happy. Now, I’ve been cramping since the day my period was expected to start and as of being four days late my nipple started to feel tender and now today I’m certain I was sick to my stomach here and there. Also, I’ve been more tired than usual. Anyone else ever experience this and still get AF? Anyone experience this and get a BFP? The cramping was very limited today. I keep checking to see if I started AF but nothing each time.
