The dreaded question🙄

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and have been married for 3 years. Anytime we go to a child's birthday party I feel so out of place, like I don't belong. I ran into an old co-worker I hadn't seen in probably 4 years. The first question she asked was "So I know you guys get asked this a lot, but when are you having a baby?"

Honestly, I could think of 1000 other things to talk about! How do you guys answer this question. It was so awkward, I just wanted to get up and leave. Do people just think about having a baby and become pregnant?? Like how does anyone truly know.

It's just so insensitive and intrusive...😫😞
