How long after sex do you remain laying flat?

I’ve read that laying flat or with your hips in the air after sex gives you a higher chance of conceiving. How long do you lay flat? Any techniques? Thanks!

Myth 1: Does laying down after sex help with pregnancy?
There is no scientific evidence that laying down after sex can increase pregnancy odds. However, standing up or going to the bathroom does cause gravity to pull sperm away from the cervix. Laying down for 15 minutes after sex can help get sperm going in the right direction by giving them some extra time.

I never been pregnant but I always lay down after Bd’ing for AT LEAST 10 Minutes just so the sperm won’t come out fully .. and I NEVER GOT A UTI FROM IT , but everyone is different so if your easily to get uti/yeast infections I wouldn’t recommend it
