How early is too early?

Now that I hit week 12 (tomorrow!) how soon can we buy major items? I want to buy the crib next week (partly because it’s a target online item and I see they’ve been rotating style and stock so I don’t know how long this will be there (a mini crib, I hate the style of most mini cribs and this is the only one I like with great reviews PLUS it comes in gray which is a major perk because it’ll match our bedroom furniture.) Plus I think nesting is coming early for me. All I wanna do is clean design and craft.

Ps already started the nursery with items I have and a $20 classifieds rocking chair!
