Pregnant.. now what do I eat?!
This is going to sound crazy because I know what I should and shouldnt be feeding my body now that I am pregnant but for some strange reason I'm finding things very difficult.
I feel stupid even writing this but the nausea has started and I cant think about food without feeling sick, but the only thing that makes me feel okay is fast food. I KNOW this is not good but Im just so overwhelmed.
What do you do when youre feeling sick? What kind of meals would you suggest, quick and healthy ones?
I know you are all a supportive bunch but please dont crucify me for the choices Ive made so far, Im doing that already on my own... HELP!
