Confused. Please help.

So ladies the 25th i took a test and it was a very faint positive, the 26th i had another faint positive and today i took a test and it was negative. I’m extremely confused and worried that the positives were false or it’s an etopic (I’m unsure if i spelled that right)

Have any of you ladies had faint positives and then a negative but still been pregnant? I’ve been ttc for over a year and I’m hoping i didn’t get my hopes up. Please help!
