Spotting during pregnancy

Hi I’m new to this, I’m about 6-7 weeks pregnant, today I started bleeding small amounts of a brown in colour I went to hospital had bloods done but they didn’t scan me. I’ve got an appointment on Wednesday. What I’m wondering is has anyone else had this n should I be more worried
