Help! So sick and nauseous

I’ve had 5 babies and never have I felt this horrible in my entire life of ever being pregnant. It’s like 20x worse than normally is. Usually it passes after I lay down and relax for a little but nothing is helping not even a tea I drink last pregnancies. I almost went to er can’t keep anything down and tmi sorry but I’m either about to puke and sneezing like crazy yes I’m weird one for some reason I start sneezing and then mouth gets really drewling and then ibthrough up. Or I’m pooping and puking at the same time.. ugh this killing me. Saltines no help.
