Do you notice a heavier discharge during the month when you’re in between period cycles? This is my first month using an app to track my ovulation and period cycles, and I’m not convinced it’s got my ovulation dates right. I swear I was ovulating today, but according to the app, I’m 7dpo. 🤷‍♀️ There’s always those ovulation test strips, too! I haven’t tried those yet, but if AF shows up then I will probably look into getting some!

The app only predicts when you’ll ovulate. To actually know, you’ll need to use Ovulation tests and watch your CM
