Cake ideas?

I just started my advanced cooking class in high school and our first assignment is to bake a unique cake. I have a few ideas in mind on what to make, but I was wondering if you ladies have any suggestions as well.

Or maybe something like this which is chocolate. But also has different flavours at different parts. For example, chocolate and mint, chocolate and peanut butter and chocolate and hazelnut

Chocolate hazelnut, mocha, coconut, banana, pina colada, raspberry lemon, strawberry champagne, peaches and cream, caramel, cannoli, tiramisu.

Maybe think of an ice cream flavor that has mix-ins and find a way to incorporate that.

Salted caramel chocolate fig cake, tumeric cake honey buttercream, citrus olive oil cake. All these recipes can be found if you google cake recipes Amanda’s plate. Her recipes are delicious and unique.

Bubblegum flavour. I made bubblegum cupcakes with a sort of goo in the centre. Change it into an actual cake and I'm sure they will love it.
