On the 24th of July I was admitted to WTK hospital During to my blood pressure was over the roof high, so I spend almost 2 weeks in hospital.
On a Thursday the 2nd of August I was booked in for an ultrasound, I was in there for almost 3:00 to 4:00 hours lying in that bed thinking my baby was healthy and that she’s doing good, not knowing that my baby was actually stressing because she’s not getting enough fluids😞 since my placenta had stoped working 😢 so at that same time same day I was transferred to NS hospital.
I arrived at NS hospital @ 8:00pm on the 2nd of August.
So the plan was, once I have arrived at NS hospital, they will induce me straight away, but the plan didn’t workout as it planed since they were short of Staff, so I spent the whole night with the monitor machine around me untill 8:00am in the morning they finally induce me.
Around 9:00 to 10:00am I’ve started to feel my contractions but they weren’t strong like the real ones, so the doctor did the virginal checked, and I was 6cm dilated, after 2:00pm my contractions begins to come stronger and stronger, so the doctor did another virginal checked and I was 3cm dilated so the doctor broke my water at 3:20pm, 5 minutes later I was seen by a different doctor talking about having a cesarean, but I told them that I’m going to have my baby natural, then 10 minutes later the nurse and doctor that looked after me, told me that my baby is showing a lot of distressed symptoms and my body is not yet ready to push her out and that I have to make my decision for c-section because her heart rate is really high and she have not much fluids.
So in that same minute I Prayed and ask God to give me strength and that I’m going to choose a really tough decision that I’m about to take, so I agree to have a cesarean, so I was rushed in to have a emergency C-section, as mothers we all do whatever it takes to save our children, so I’ve bore her at 6:35pm on the 3rd of August at 35 weeks and 3 days and she weighted 2.220.
We got transferred back to WTK hospital on the 9/08/18 and we got discharged on the 17/08/18.
My advice through from what I’ve experienced is that make sure to take good care of your health and to always trust the Lord in anything you do 😁😁😁
Sorry if my English is not good it’s not my first language 😁😁
