Birthing pool v delivery on bed
Hey I have read so much about how the pool/warm water helps ease the pain of contractions so would like to try it for my third labour. Previously just gave birth in the bed with gas and air twice as was too far on to have any more pain relief. Just wanted opinions from women that have had both, does the water really help?
