Any tips for baby eczema??

LO just started to show some on her back and I’m not sure what to do.

We started using dove fragrance free wash and then every night we massage her with Vaseline it’s greasy but it works and her eczema was gone with a couple days. We still do it tho so it doesn’t come back and it hasn’t. Hope this helps

Eucerin excema for babies during the day, eucerin & Aveeno Excema baby night cream at night. Cleared her  completely in 24 -48 hrs. Her eczema also caused cradle cap. For that we used Mustela tearless shampoo for cradle cap.  Cleared her scalp yo in about a week

I use eucerin or cetaphil at night before bedtime (right before I put on pjs) and that has been enough for us to keep his skin under control.

Aveno has a lotion for babies with eczema. I used to get it on my face and I used the adult one for aveno. I would put it on throughout the day as needed eventually mine went away so I’m sure the one labeled for baby will help! I used to use it on my sons face as well. And make sure to keep the area as clean as possible.
