Tiffany • 💕Mommy 06/13/18 ❤️ baby #2 due March 2020! taken 10/28/16😍 boy momma🥰 C-section momma💪🏻

I scheduled a C-section at 39 weeks 2 days due to my low waters and my son's shoulders and torso were 98th percentile but his head was only 90th percentile so that caused fear that he'd get stuck and they would have to break his collar bone along with an epsiotimy, so I chose to have a C-section. At 1pm June 13th I checked into l&d, my C-section was scheduled to start at exactly 3pm....that DID NOT HAPPEN! By 1:30 I was hooked up to my Ivs 2:30 I'd finished one bag and started a new one...no sign of my doctor anywhere...3:45 still no Dr in sight...4:16 I'm bawling my eyes out because I'm scared, tired and STARVING. I haven't eaten anything since 12am! 4:45 still no sight of my damn doctor so by this point I'm threatening to take my Ivs out and discharge myself AMA and go home and wait for natural labor to set in (clearly I was a bit hangry & hormonal) 4:50 I warn the staff he has 10 minutes to show up or I'm going home (clearly nerves..) 4:59pm Dr. Morehead walks in! y'all have no clue how excited I was to see him! finally at 5:05 pm I walked into the OR got on the bed, and vomited 😣 my nurse Brittany thankfully had a bag ready. Dr. Moorhead asked me what kind of music I liked I told him usher😍 I got my spinal (it didn't hurt honestly) I'm laid on the bed and the next thing I know my Dr. is telling me my baby has a full head of hair! that's when I asked if he already started just to be informed he was about to pull my little boy out! my little man started screaming as soon as he was touched before being pulled out! Abel Joseph McKinley Baker made his way into this world screaming at the top of his lungs at 5:39pm or 17:39 June 13th 2018 weighing in at 8lbs 14oz & 21 inches long
