Painful stretch marks

Does anyone else have painful stretch marks and possibly a rash? My belly burns and itches all the time and now has little sores/cuts on it that I’m not sure if I caused by itching in my sleep or if my skin is just that damaged. I’ve been rubbing lotion and stretch mark butter on them as well as taking baths but nothing seems to help anymore. Has anyone else found relief? Baby is going to be big as I’m 38 weeks and he measured over 7 pounds 2 weeks ago at the ultrasound.
