Itchy nips

So in 7 days my AF is coming but I have no symptoms of it usually my boobs are sore they feel full and they’re tender and that happens two weeks before AF but nothing I have been TTC for 4 months and my nipples and boobs are so itchy off and on this has never happened before can anybody give me answers I’ve been googling it and it says it itchiness is a sign of pregnancy but it’s also says it’s not.. Is anybody else experiencing this or have experience this and got pregnant?
