TTC #2 Only Had 2 Postpartum Periods

Hey Mammas! I have a 13 month old and have had 2 postpartum periods. I stopped taking the mini pill and was using ovulation strips to see if I was going to ovulate soon. We BD until the ovulation strips went negative. I spotted dark brown for 3 days, this week and stopped the past 2 days. I decided to take my last pregnancy test I had. Do you Mammas see anything? I took it and was about to throw it away expecting a negative but I think I see a faint line. Help!
