Whenever I shave my vagina, I shave in the direction of the hair to avoid ingrown hairs. Even doing so, I still get razor bumps 😬 If I shave against the grain will it be even worse? I am looking for a closer shave but I am afraid of getting ingrown hairs 🤷‍♀️ Any tips?

Also, is there anything I can put as like s shaving cream? I have heard conditioner puts off your PH balance and shaving cream will irritate your skin after 😖 I am 14 so I can’t go to the store and buy them myself but I am uncomfortable asking my mom to buy it for me. When I just use water, the razor doesn’t slide smooth and gets caught on the skin, cutting it. Ouch! Anything that would likely be in the shower already that I could use? 🚿
