Help! TMI This looks weird (urine/discharge)

Could this be anything? (Not pregnancy related, cause I’m not pregnant) I’m freaking out. I’ve had light cramping, pee the color of this and discharge the color of this all day. Cramping was early in the morning and that’s it but this- no odor- just seems off to me.

And yes I made an appt with doc (my insurance is awful and I got warned not to do another urgent care trip, thanks TriCare) and will be going in tomorrow afternoon but. Idk. It seems...too yellow, or like a light green tint to it
