Feeling defeated
If this headache doesnt go away soon I don't know what I'll do 😔
3rd day waking up with a headache and now a sore upper back. I think I might have tweaked something.
Usually I'd take some ibprofen and paracetamol but I'm not taking anything other than my prenatal vitamins.
Does anyone know if its ok to go to a physiotherapist or bowen therapist whilst pregnant????
