I think it’s obvious it’s my Landlord’s first time renting out his house, and I’m clueless too.

He’s on the other side of the country so electronically is the best for both of us, but PayPal charged me $57 😩

Does anyone else have any ideas on how to pay rent without paying extra?

EDITED TO ADD:::: Hes in the military and they told him he had to move to California. This is his first time renting out his house. This is my first time paying this way. He’s very laid back but with such a sticker shock of rent I’d like to hold on to the money and not get charged. This is new territory for both of us.
