How long do clogged ducts LAST?

I am STILL working on trying to unclog this stupid milk duct - going on day 3. What’s the longest you’ve had a clogged duct for?

I recommend taking a daily sunflower lecithin supplement everyday. I get mine from amazon or legendairy milk. I was battling a constant blocked duct until I started taking it. Now it’s gone and I have better milk flow on that side!

Be careful you could get mastitis having it for that long. I almost got it a few months ago. 
I had a clog for about 5 days in May. I finally got rid of it by taking 4 lecithin supplements daily and using an electric toothbrush to gently massage the clog. I would put a warm cloth on it for a few minutes and then take the toothbrush and gently massage from the clog to the nipple. Also nursing as much as possible. 
My Lactation consultant advised me to go to the doctor after a few days bc it still hadnt gone away and I could get mastitis. My doctor didn’t think I had it yet but gave me the antibiotics just in case. I took those and started doing what I just explained and it was gone the next day.
