Please help! Work related

I’m pregnant and have restrictions on my hours I can work. My dr first put me on 8-10 hours. I usually work 12 hours. My dr recently (end of July) changed my restrictions to just 10 hours. I am getting paid through short term disability. Now I was assuming my restrictions never changed and that I could work 8 hours no problem. I have been the past month and my supervisor codes my whole four hours as “paid short term disability) even though my restrictions say I can work 10 hours. I am starting to work the full 10 but should I go back and tell them I have worked 8 hours for quite a while when I shouldn’t of. I just don’t want to get fired.
