After the Nexplanon

I’ve been off the Nexplanon for a few months now. I had it in my arm for 3 1/2 years. I’m nervous about trying to conceive. Is there anyone out there that had the Nexplanon full-term and got pregnant after if so how long did it take for you to conceive? Any tips will be helpful as well.
