Inability to achieve orgasm

So my fiancé and I have been together for almost two years and the sex is good but I don’t cum every time. I’m not sure how to explain to him how to make me or how to stimulate me in the right places. I’m on meds (an ssri) that prob dull things but I’m not sure?
