Baby’s heart rate

Anyone had a NST done and baby’s heart rate dipped every now and again? I’m 38 weeks & had one this morning and baby’s heart rate was 130-160 and now n again it dipped to 70 for like a second then shot back up.. hospital wasn’t concerned but it’s playing on my mind as to why this happened :/
