Hey ladies! I've had my Nexplanon implant for about 6 months now. I've always had regular periods with it, but now ive been late for a month. I am sexually active with my boyfriend, has anybody gotten preggers from Nexplanon?

Bleeding patterns can change at any given time with Nexplanon. That’s part of the irregular bleeding side effect of progestin only methods. And, while no method is exactly 100%, Nexplanon is pretty damn close at 99.9%. So, chances of pregnancy are extremely slim!!! But, if ur still worried at all, just take a test.
