Should I keep up the bootcamp workouts?
I consider myself to be super healthy and very fit. I workout probably 3-5 days a week and do a lot of bootcamp style classes (Barry’s Bootcamp, HIIT classes, etc). I am 4-5 weeks preggo. Is it ok to keep up the same routine? Or should I scale back?
