What can this be?

My daughter woke up from her nap yesrday with this, it’s going across her mouth. I don’t remember her doing anything to have caused something like this to happen.. any idea what it can be from?? Or can this be caused from teething? She’s one and half years old. She was pointing at it when she woke up saying it hurt.. :(

Maybe she was laying on something and it left a mark? It could even be as simple as the blanket/sheet she was laying on got bunched up and she was laying on it and it left a mark. This happened with my son once. He got up from a nap and had these large red marks on his arms and face. My husband was freaking out thinking he got burns somehow, then I realized that the marks kinda matched each other. My son had been sleeping on his stomach with his arms folded under his face/head which caused the marks from him laying like that during his nap.

What can this be?
