Cramping and backache feedback please

I've had this dull cramping in the lower right side of my tummy. And major backache for the past almost week. I dont think ovulation cramps should last this long. I'm roughly 8dpo because honestly idk when I even ovulated. And I've had white creamy discharge. Saturday was when I had the most uncomfortable pain and I had CM like that. Now it's just creamy. Idk if that's a good sign or not but I'm hoping it is. Feedback is greatly appreciated.
