Cramping while eating??

Question

Omg so I was starving so finally ate and mid way I feel mild cramps but bad for me to want to stop eating.. ugh I just wanna eat lol 
And I had a horrible dream last night I started to have all this green clots and the dr said it wasn’t viable. Woke up all worried. 😏
I know cramping is normal as my uterus grows and it all moves around, but why is it when I’m eating?!

Yes! It’s actually acid reflux! I didn’t know it with my first or half way through my second. I went to the er because the extreme pain when I ate got so bad I couldn’t hardly breath! Makes since since pregnancy is notorious for heart burn, but I didn’t realize it could be like that or in my stomach while I ate! 
Try antacid pills or tablets. Works wonders! Take them every day tho.

For me, I get cramping when I'm eating because my uterus is so sore and swollen because I have a lot of clots and bleeding (I lost a twin, and my body is trying to flush it out) so when I eat too much, it puts a ton of pressure on my already sore uterus.
