Can anyone tell me what this is please? It’s on my bikini line, doesn’t hurt unless I try and squeeze

Try a hot compress and then try to open it with a sterile needle.

Looks like a pretty bad ingrown hair. Put hot cloth on it for a little bit and then try to open it up or squeeze it. The hot cloth may bring the hair to a head and you can try to pull it out
