I have been taking it (powder form) for 2 cycles now. I am 11dpo today so hoping for bfp this time 🤞🏼 aside from fertility it gives me a boost of energy. Other than that I can’t really tell a difference. It claims to be good for skin but it doesn’t seem to have the affect on me
