I work in a NICU- 37 weeks is considered full term at our hospital. If a baby is born at 37 weeks they don’t need to go to the nursery for a screening.

37 is term period  ...So no extra  Precautions or premature measures are taken as long as you have the baby at 37 weeks or after you are considered term whether it's early full or post.😀  Now anything before 37 weeks they consider baby a preemie
