Improve your chances of getting pregnant? Anything??

Not stressing about it. My OPK said I wasn't ovulating in June so we didn't try much. BFP on July 8th after 6 months of trying. No luck with pre-seed!

Alot of sex dont stress or track because tracking could cause you stress its better to be clueless and let things happen

I’m not sure what actually helped because in the end I tried lots of stuff. 
1)drinking 1.8L water daily minimum. 
2) exercise 3km min walk a day
3)vitamins - prenatal, iron, omega 3. Also tried vitex (although this messed up my cycle so not sure if it helped, but I did conceive the month of starting it) and evening primrose oil.
4) a spoon of olive oil each day (can’t remember if this was leading up to ovulation or from ovulation).
5) deep breathing and relaxation texhniques.
6) ovulation testing kits.
7) sex every other day at least

I had lots of sex and after he finished I would lay down put a pillow under my hips for about 10-15 minutes. Not sure how accurate it really is but thats how I conceived both my kids. Good luck baby dust to you.
