How painful can Clomid be?

So I just stared my Clomid cycle and this might sound crazy but I can feel my ovaries like when I sit I feel like I have pressure on my lower stomach. It feels like cramps but worse. I feel like I have heavy balls around my stomach

I just posted a question! I’m on my second round. First round of 50 mg was so painful I thought I was going to bust. This round of 100mg and no pain!!

I was on Clomid for 8 rounds and it wasn’t painful at all 🤷🏼‍♀️

That's how I felt...I couldn't lay on my stomach it was so uncomfortable. But it went away fairly quickly after ovulating
