Anaemia during pregnancy
Hey guys,
Im in my early stages of pregnancy and just found out my iron levels are very low. I did a blood test and the doctors said I’m anaemic. Has anyone gone through the same thing? I’m really worried. What should I avoid eating and what should be my top rich iron foods? I’m scared if this ends bad!!!!! 😞
