10 dpo and bizarre cramps

Hi all. Maybe someone can help. AF isn't due until Sept 3 but for the past 2-3 days I've had cramps in a localized spot on my left abdomen. Approx 2 inches across by 3 inces down. Started right about 8 dpo. Could this be implantation cramps? I haven't seen any blood yet but these cramps are weird.
