TMI question

My sex drive has gone way down in the second trimester. Is anyone else having this as well? Sex just doesn’t sound good. I feel fat no matter how many times my husband tells me I’m beautiful or sexy, I’m super insecure, and on top of it all I can’t get off. It’s painful and frustrating and I feel like I’m letting my husband down by not being into it even though he’s totally understanding of the situation.
