I feel so guilty for wanting to do this but my boyfriend and I got invited to go to Key West, FL for the weekend (4 hour drive from where we live) and have a perfect little get away just the two of us. I would have his mom watch her at my place that way she has everything she needs (changing table, crib, etc.,) but I would be leaving my baby girl. Do you think leaving her for the weekend this early is bad? I feel guilty but I need a break! I’m a first time mom and her and I have been pretty much attached at the hip for almost 7 weeks straight I would love to clear my mind for a couple days. We had the option to bring her with us but I don’t think him and I would get the change to fully enjoy ourselves if she came with us. Thoughts? I feel like she would miss me too much or maybe I would miss her too much lol. Like I said before I just feel guilty because she’s so young.
