Someone please help

I apologize for the TMI..

had two periods and I honestly believe I suffered a miscarriage or something the first was only a couple days very light only there when I wiped didn't think anything of it but it came back again and was heavy and hurted so bad could it be? I'm so confused and hurt hoping it's not what I think it is please can someone shine light ?
