I have been having cramps but only in the mornings for a little while after I wake up that feel like my period should be coming but hasn’t yet. My period will be 2 days late if it doesn’t come tmrw. Had a negative pregnancy test on Tuesday evening. Has anyone else experienced cramping in the AM only and then gotten a positive pregnancy test? Only other symptoms are nipple sensitivity and slight nausea occasionally.
